Services descriptions:
Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV): Usually done annually or after major repair, the instrument is tested as-found, cleaned/adjusted/calibrated as needed and then tested against manufacturer specifications.
Traceable Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMVt): The same as the PMV above but with a NIST traceable certificate of calibration for compliance records.
Repairs: We can repair your instrument with new parts from the manufacturer if available or with tested/used parts from our inventory.
Training: Operational training is available on all rheometers and sorption analyzers. Can be coupled with a PMV at a discount. Great for customers with new users that need guidance!
